내 짐은 가벼우니라

마태복음11:29-30

나는 마음이 온유하고 겸손하니

너희 위에 내 멍에를 메고 내게 배우라.

그리하면 너희가 너희 혼을 위한 안식을 찾으리니

내 멍에는 쉽고 내 짐은 가벼우니라, 하시니라.

Llevad mi yugo sobre vosotros, y aprended de mí,

que soy manso y humilde de corazón;

y hallaréis descanso para vuestras almas;

porque mi yugo es fácil, y ligera mi carga.

Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me;

for I am meek and lowly in heart:

and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
